When to Ask for a Fixed Quote First
For one to eleven people going between two addresses you can simply book online, and we call you to agree a fixed fare before the trip. Ask here when you want the fixed price by email before you book, or for any of the jobs below.
A Group Larger than One Vehicle
A maxi takes eleven. Past that we send more than one car and they arrive together, and the fare is worked out across the whole job rather than per vehicle.
A Chauffeur Car
The booking form offers the four taxi tiers. An executive sedan, a luxury SUV or a people mover with a suited driver is quoted here.
A Corporate Account
Regular trips, staff travel, monthly invoicing on one account. Tell us roughly how often and we will set the account up to match.
An Event or a Roadshow
Conferences, functions and multi stop days, where several vehicles need to be in the right place at the right time rather than booked one by one.
A Long Regional Run
