Airport transfers
Melbourne Airport Transfers, Terminal by Terminal
Most airport transfer bookings are for Melbourne Airport at Tullamarine, and the drop off depends on who you are flying with. Tell us your airline or flight number when you book and the driver goes straight to the right door.
- Terminal 2, international. Every international departure and arrival at Tullamarine.
- Terminal 1, domestic. Qantas domestic flights.
- Terminal 3, domestic. Virgin Australia domestic flights.
- Terminal 4, domestic. Jetstar and the other low cost and regional carriers.
Avalon and Essendon Fields
Melbourne has two other airports. Avalon, out past Werribee towards Geelong, handles a smaller set of domestic and international flights, and a taxi to Avalon is booked exactly the same way: enter Avalon Airport as the drop off and we call you to agree a fixed fare for that trip. Essendon Fields, close to the city, is mostly charter and private flying, and is booked the same way too.
Whichever airport it is, the price is agreed before you travel, tolls are already in it, and your flight is tracked on a pickup so a delay does not cost you the car.

Can I get a fixed price taxi to Melbourne Airport?

Are tolls and the airport fee included?
Yes. Both are calculated and included before you book, so nothing is added at the terminal.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your booking moves with the flight. Add your flight number when you book and we track it, so your driver works to the actual landing time and you are not charged waiting time for a delay outside your control.
Which terminal will I be dropped at?
The one on your ticket. Melbourne Airport has four terminals: T2 is international, and T1, T3 and T4 are domestic. Give us your airline or flight number when you book and the driver takes you to the right door.
Where does the driver meet me when I land?
For a standard pickup, at the taxi rank outside your terminal, and your driver texts you the bay before you land. If you would rather be met inside with a name sign, add meet and greet when you book.
How much luggage fits?
A sedan takes four passengers with a case each at a squeeze, and comfortably three with luggage. An SUV takes the same four passengers with far more boot space, and a maxi takes eleven passengers, or fewer with a lot of bags. Tell us the bag count when you book if you are unsure.
Can I book an early morning taxi to the airport?
Yes, at any hour. Set the pickup time when you book. There is no night rate, and the fixed fare we agree with you by phone before the trip is what a 3am start costs.
Are your drivers accredited?
Yes, every driver holds a current Victorian commercial driver accreditation and the vehicle is licensed for hire and reward.
Do you go to Avalon Airport?
Yes. Book it the same way and enter Avalon Airport as the drop off. The price comes back on the real driving distance for that trip, with tolls included, just like a Tullamarine run.
Is there a surcharge for a larger vehicle?
The SUV and the maxi carry a set high occupancy surcharge of $17.80, the same whatever the distance, and Silver Service carries a smaller one at $11. Both are shown on the fleet page and confirmed before you book.
